How Being A Successfull Leader?




Behind the success story of a great leader, there is an important circle of trust contains advisers, mentors, and colleagues who support him. Whether or not a leader's success affected his ability to build close relations with the people around him.

According to Keith Ferrazzi, author of book "Who's Got Your Back, any group can come in many shapes and sizes, and can be found in almost every area, both personal and professional life.

Each group, according to Ferrazzi, uniquely connected in the life of a bond line. To build an important bond that, there are four patterns of thought that must be learned and practiced by a leader.

The key in building close relationships with people you deem as a trusted advisor in your career and personal life is how this mindset fourth cooperate.

1. Generosity
This is the basis from which all other behavior appears. Generosity is a commitment to mutual support, which begins with a willingness to expose and share their views and creative ideas. Is a promise to help other people achieve success in any way that you can muster.

Generosity shown by the end of isolation opens doors to a full emotional environment of trust, which is also known as a safe space. This environment is needed to create a relationship in which others can develop the mindset.

2. Openness
Tear down your fortress of protection so that mutual understanding can grow. Here you cross the threshold into a safe place after the intimacy and confidence pushed the door wide open. Relationships are born out of generosity of friendship which later became the brave, where a variety of risks taken and the invitation is offered to one another.

3. Candor
Is freedom for one hundred percent honest with the people who pour your feelings into place. Openness to clean the feedback path so you can share your hopes and fears. Allows us to begin candor constructively interpret, respond to and struggled with that information.

4. Accountability
Accountability refers to the follow-up to the promises that you speak to others. Simple terms, how do you prove the promises that are made into reality. (* / OL-2010)
